- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
- 1/2 cup of dairy-free milk
Instructions
- Using a food processor or a high-speed blender, add all your ingredients in.
- Process for 3-4 minutes, or until completely smooth and creamy.
- Dollop the smoothie into your favorite bowl, and add your desired toppings.
