Indulge in a delicious and nutritious fig smoothie bowl, packed with the sweet goodness of figs and Greek yogurt. A perfect start to your day!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup/150g frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup/75g Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 fresh fig diced (stem removed)
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 23 tablespoons of milk of choice to help blending

Instructions

  1. Add all of your ingredients to a powerful blender or a food processor except the milk, starting with the frozen fruit
  2. Process until completely smooth adding in the milk slowly, until you achieve the right consistency. Stopping and scraping the sides a few times for a consistent blend.
  3. Serve the creamy mixture onto your favorite smoothie bowls and add your desired toppings.
