- 1 cup/150g frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup/75g Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 fresh fig diced (stem removed)
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 2–3 tablespoons of milk of choice to help blending
Instructions
- Add all of your ingredients to a powerful blender or a food processor except the milk, starting with the frozen fruit
- Process until completely smooth adding in the milk slowly, until you achieve the right consistency. Stopping and scraping the sides a few times for a consistent blend.
- Serve the creamy mixture onto your favorite smoothie bowls and add your desired toppings.
