Ingredients

  • 1 clove of garlic (peeled)
  • 1 cup/150g of frozen pineapple
  • 1/4 tsp ginger root (minxed)
  • 1 handful of spinach (washed)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt (plain unsweetened)
  • 200 ml coconut water

Instructions

  1. Crush the garlic clove and peel it. Mince the ginger root.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together in a blender, and blitz until smooth. For about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
