- 3–4 slices cucumber
- 1 green apple (cored and diced)
- 1 cup frozen banana slices
- 1/2 cup of frozen pineapple
- 1 cup of coconut water
Instructions
- Slice and core the apple. measure the rest of the ingredients and set aside.
- To a blender or a Nutribullet, add the cucumber and coconut water first followed by the rest of the ingredients.
