- 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup of semi-skimmed milk
- 1 small ripe banana
- 1 tbsp of pecans
- 2 tbsp of hulk mass gainer (I used this one)
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth.
- Serve and drink up!
