- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1/2 cup low fat yogurt
- 1 teaspoon of honey
Instructions
- To a blender (I used my Nutribullet 600) add the yogurt and blueberries first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 4-5 minutes. I recommend that you blend for longer than you would normally. You don’t want any bits that could cause choking.
- Pour the smoothie into a cup and give it to your kiddo!
