Recreate Tropical Smoothie Cafe's magic at home with this mango magic tropical smoothie recipe. A nutrient-rich blend of mango, pineapple, and yogurt

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup/150g frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup/150g frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup/120g fat-free Yogurt
  • 1 cup/200 ml mango or pineapple juice (100% juice, not from a concentrate!)
  • 1 cup/150g ice cubes (options, for extra thickness)

Instructions

  1. Add the frozen fruit first to a high-speed blender or a nutribullet.
  2. Followed by the juice.
  3. Finally, add the yogurt, close the lid of the blender and blitz until smooth.
  4. Blending should take around 4-5 minutes, depending on how powerful your blender is.
  5. If your blender is struggling to blend, add a touch more fruit juice.
  6. Serve immediately, and enjoy!

Notes

Best consumed straight away otherwise it will melt and warm up.
