- 1 cup/150g frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup/150g frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup/120g fat-free Yogurt
- 1 cup/200 ml mango or pineapple juice (100% juice, not from a concentrate!)
- 1 cup/150g ice cubes (options, for extra thickness)
Instructions
- Add the frozen fruit first to a high-speed blender or a nutribullet.
- Followed by the juice.
- Finally, add the yogurt, close the lid of the blender and blitz until smooth.
- Blending should take around 4-5 minutes, depending on how powerful your blender is.
- If your blender is struggling to blend, add a touch more fruit juice.
- Serve immediately, and enjoy!
Notes
Best consumed straight away otherwise it will melt and warm up.
