- 1/4 tbsp of matcha powder
- 1/4 of cucumber
- 1 tbsp of freshly minced ginger
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 1/2 green apple
- 1/2 cup of cold water
- 1 tbsp of detox superfood blend
Instructions
- Wash the cucumber and apple. Trim the apple. Mince the ginger and wash the spinach.
- Then add all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until completely smooth. About 3 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.
Notes
Best consumed straight away, however, you could refrigerate and drink the next day. Just stir it all.
