Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen banana slices
  • 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (unsweetened)

Instructions

  1. Peel and segment the orange. Remove the seeds if present.
  2. Measure the rest of the ingredients and set aside.
  3. To a high-speed blender or a Nutribullet, add frozen fruit first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Blend for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
