- 1 medium-sized orange
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup frozen banana slices
- 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
- 1/2 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
Instructions
- Peel and segment the orange. Remove the seeds if present.
- Measure the rest of the ingredients and set aside.
- To a high-speed blender or a Nutribullet, add frozen fruit first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 3-4 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
