- 1 cup frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup of sliced cucumber
- 1 cup low fat coconut milk (unsweetened)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 3–4 ice cubes (to serve, optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients as described and set them aside.
- To a blender, add the cucumber and chia seeds first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend until smooth. For about 2-3 minutes.
- Pour into a glass full of ice and enjoy!
