- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 nest of frozen spinach or kale (alternatively use 2 cups of fresh greens)
- 1/2 lemon (juiced)
- 1 scoop vegan protein powder (I used unsweetened)
- 1 cup/230ml orange juice
Instructions
- Measure the ingredients carefully.
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender starting with the frozen fruit and greens. Blitz until smooth. For about 4-5 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Best consumed straight away, however, you can take it with you and drink it on the go!
