Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen banana slices
  • 1/2 cup brewed cold coffee or 2 tsp instant coffee
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup non-fat milk

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender starting with the frozen bananas, yogurt, and milk.
  2. Blend until smooth. For about 4-5 minutes to achieve smooth and creamy consistency.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
