- 1 cup frozen banana slices
- 1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 cup nonfat milk
Instructions
- If you don’t have frozen bananas, slice up 2 bananas, and line them up on a tray. Freeze for at least 2 hours.
- To make the smoothie – add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender starting with the frozen bananas, yogurt, and milk.
- Blend until smooth. For about 4-5 minutes to achieve smooth and creamy consistency.
- Serve and enjoy!
