- 1 cup frozen banana slices
- 1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
- 1/2 cup non fat milk
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions
- Once the ingredients are assembled and measured, grab your blender.
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender starting with the frozen fruit, yogurt and milk.
- Blend until smooth. It should take about 4-5 minutes to achieve smooth and creamy consistency.
- Serve and enjoy!
