  • 1 cup/150g frozen banana slices
  • 12 tbsp of pomegranate seeds
  • 1 cup/250ml coconut water
  • 1/2 lemon/lime (juice only)

Instructions

  1. Measure the ingredients as listed.
  2. Add all your ingredients to a blender or a Nutribullet, starting with the frozen fruit first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Blend for 2-3 minutes, until you reach a thick and smooth consistency.
  4. Pour into a glass, and add extra pomegranate seeds on top if you like.
