Enjoy this antioxidant-rich pomegranate smoothie! A delightful mix of pomegranate seeds, berries, and pineapple for a sweet, nourishing, and energizing drink.

Units Scale
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1 cup coconut milk (ideally from a carton)


  1. If using a whole pomegranate, slice it in half, and take the seeds out. Measure 1/2 cup of pomegranate seeds. Refrigerate the rest.
  2. Measure the rest of the ingredients and set aside.
  3. Grab a Nutribullet or a high-speed blender, and add the pomegranate seeds first with the coconut milk. Blend for 2 minutes to break the seeds down.
  4. Add the frozen fruit, and finally the rest of the prepared ingredients to the blended pomegranate seeds.
  5. Blend for an extra 2-3  minutes.
