- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 1 cup coconut milk (ideally from a carton)
Instructions
- If using a whole pomegranate, slice it in half, and take the seeds out. Measure 1/2 cup of pomegranate seeds. Refrigerate the rest.
- Measure the rest of the ingredients and set aside.
- Grab a Nutribullet or a high-speed blender, and add the pomegranate seeds first with the coconut milk. Blend for 2 minutes to break the seeds down.
- Add the frozen fruit, and finally the rest of the prepared ingredients to the blended pomegranate seeds.
- Blend for an extra 2-3 minutes.
