Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup of coconut water
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Add the frozen raspberres, pineapple and yogurt first to a high-speed blender, followed by the other ingredients.
  2. If using a nutribullet, add the frozen fruit last.
  3. Blend for 2-3 minutes until a smooth and thick consistency.
  4. Seve and enjoy!
