- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 cup of coconut water
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp of chia seeds
Instructions
- Add the frozen raspberres, pineapple and yogurt first to a high-speed blender, followed by the other ingredients.
- If using a nutribullet, add the frozen fruit last.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes until a smooth and thick consistency.
- Seve and enjoy!
Notes
For best results, consume the smoothie as soon as it#s blended.
