- 1/2 cup frozen banana slices
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries (I used blueberries and strawberries)
- 1/2 cup of orange juice
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients by measuring them as listed.
- Grab a blender, and add the frozen fruit first to your blender, followed by the yogurt and the orange juice.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes, until the smoothie is creamy and smooth consistency.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Best consumed straight away, however, you can refrigerate and consume the next day.
