- 1 large fresh nectarine (pitted)
- 1/2 grapefruit peeled and seeds removed
- 1 cup frozen banana slices
- 1/2 lemon (juiced)
- 1/2 cup of coconut water
Instructions
- Peel the grapefruit, and try to remove as much of the white surroundings as possible.
- Add the nectarine and grapefruit to a blender first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 3-4 minutes or until smooth and creamy.
- Serve and drink up!
