- 1 cup/150g of frozen blueberries
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
- 1 tbsp almond butter (unsweetened)
- 1–2 scoops of protein powder depending on serving size (unsweetened)
- 150 ml of almond milk (unsweetened)
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth. For about 3-4 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Best consumed straight away, however, you can take it with you on the go too.
