Sinus Smoothie Recipe (Quick Relief)

Unwind and breathe easily with this sinus clearing smoothie. A spicy sip to naturally refresh and clear your sinuses.

Ingredients

  • 1 small red chilli sliced with the seeds
  • 1/2 cup/125ml coconut water
  • 1 cup/150g frozen banana slices
  • 1/2 orange (freshly juiced)
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions

  1. Prepare the fruits and chili as instructed.
  2. Measure the other ingredients and set aside.
  3. Add all the ingredients to a blender starting with the frozen banana slices first, followed by the other ingredients.
  4. Blend everything until completely smooth. For about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Pour the smoothie into your favorite cup and drink immedietly.

Notes

Best consumed straight away, however, you can refrigerate and drink the next day.
