- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup dairy-free milk
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, or 1/4 tsp of vanilla bean paste
Instructions
- To a food processor or a high-speed blender (Like a Ninja, Nutribullet, Vitamix), add all the ingredients.
- Blend for 3-4 minutes. If using a food processor, you may need to stop a few times to scrape off the sides for an even blend.
- Dollop the creamy smoothie onto your favorite bowl, and add your favorite toppings!
