- 1 cup frozen banana slices
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 2–3 pitted dates
- 1 cup vanilla almond milk
Instructions
- If the dates are too hard, soak them in hot water for 5 minutes, then strain them.
- To a blender, add all the ingredients.
- Blend for 3-4 minutes or until completely smooth.
- Pout into a cup and enjoy!
