- 1 Banana (peeeled)
- 1 scoop protein powder (of choice)
- 250 ml cold water
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth.
- About 3-4 minutes.
- Serve with ice if you like. And enjoy!
