- 1 cup of frozen watermelon chunks
- 1/2 cup frozen banana slices
- 1/2 cup of coconut water
- 1 tbsp of freshly minced ginger
- 1 tbsp of chia seeds
- 1 tsp lemon zest or lemon juice
Instructions
- Add all your ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. it should take 3-4 minutes.
- If the smoothie is too thick, and your blender struggles to blend, add more liquid.
- Serve and enjoy.
