- 1 large ripe banana slices
- 1 scoop whey vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup of mixed frozen berries
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/3 cup full-fat yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 large avocado
- 3 tbsp of oats
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 handful of kale (or spinach)
- 2 tbsp of biscoff spread (or Nutella)
- 2 tbsp of sunflower seeds (peeled)
- 6 pitted dates
- 2 cups of full fat milk
- 1/2 cup of water
Instructions
- To a high-speed blender or a Nutribullet, add the frozen fruit first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 4-5 minutes. If the smoothie is too thick, add more liquid to thin it up.
- Serve and drink up!
