- 3 dates (pitted and soft)
- 1 tbsp peanut or almond butter (unsweetened)
- 1 tsp of honey
- 1 cup milk (low fat)
Instructions
- Using a high-speed blender or a Nutribullet, add the frozen banana slices first, followed by the rest of the listed ingredients.
- Blend for 3-4 minutes, until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust the sweetness or thickness.
