This 2-Ingredient Refreshing Grapefruit Smoothie is delicious, quick to make, and the perfect healthy drink to have if you want something refreshing and hydrating,

Ingredients

  • 1 medium sized pink grapefruit (about 200g of the pulp)
  • 1 cup /220ml of pure coconut water

Instructions

  1. Peel the grapefruit, and try to remove as much of the white surroundings as possible, as they are quite bitter. Cut into chunks.
  2. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz for good 2-3 minutes until completely smooth.
  3. Serve with some ice if you like and enjoy.

Notes

Best consumed straight away, however, you could refrigerate and drink the next day. Just stir it all back in.
