- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 small ripe banana (peeled and sliced)
- 1/2 cup of cold water (or dairy-free milk)
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients and measure them as listed.
- Blend the pineapple in a blender with the banana, and cold water until smooth.
- Fill a tall glass with ice, if you like, pour the smoothie and serve immediately.
Notes
Best consumed straight away, however, you can refrigerate and drink the next day. Just shake it before drinking it.
