- 1 large banana peeled and cut into pieces
- 1 cup /220ml of oat milk or any milk
- 2 tbsp of oats ( use gluten-free if needed)
- 1–2 tbsp of yogurt (can sub for dairy-free if vegan)
- pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth. Sprinkle some cinnamon if you like. Serve and enjoy π
Notes
Best consumed straight away, however, you could refrigerate and drink the next day. Just stir it all back in.
