Ingredients

  • 1 large banana peeled and cut into pieces
  • 1 cup /220ml of oat milk or any milk
  • 2 tbsp of oats ( use gluten-free if needed)
  • 12 tbsp of yogurt (can sub for dairy-free if vegan)
  • pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth. Sprinkle some cinnamon if you like. Serve and enjoy πŸ™‚

Notes

Best consumed straight away, however, you could refrigerate and drink the next day. Just stir it all back in.
