Ingredients

  • 1 scoop whey protein powder (any flavor you like)
  • 1 cup frozen banana slices
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
  • 3 dates (pitted and soft)
  • 1 tbsp peanut or almond butter (unsweetened)
  • 1 tsp of honey
  • 1 cup (low fat)

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to your blender jug.
  2. Process until completely smooth. For about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Best consumed straight away. You can take it with you at the gym though, or for work.
