- 1 cup frozen banana slices
- 1 handful of spinach
- 2–3 slices of cucumber
- 1/2 teaspoon of minced ginger root
- 1 tablespoon rolled oats
- 1 cup of brewed herbal tea (cooled)
Instructions
- Brew the herbal tea first, and allow it to cool completely.
- Once the tea is cooled, add it to a blender with the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes, or until smooth.
- Drink the smoothie immediately.
