Delicious and refreshing apple cider vinegar drink with cranberry juice.It's perfect on a hot day and a wonderful way to nourish your body!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (raw with the mother)
  • 1 cup/240 ml cranberry juice (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup/100 ml cold water
  • 1/2 lime juiced (or lemon juice)
  • 34 mint leaves gently pressed
  • 12 slices of ginger root
  • 45 cubes of ice to serve

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients; wash the mint, slice your ginger and juice the lemon/lime, then proceed to combine the ingredients.
  2. First, mix the cranberry juice with the water, then add the apple cider vinegar and the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Stir to combine.
  4. Enjoy!

Notes

The drink is best consumed 30 minutes before a meal for best results.
