Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 1 large apple
  • 2 tbsp of oats
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 2 dates (pitted)
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (smooth)
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Wash, dice, and core the apple.
  2. To a high-speed blender or a Nutribullet, add the apple, dates, and yogurt first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Blend for 2-3 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  4. Enjoy!
