- 1/2 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
- 1 large apple
- 2 tbsp of oats
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 2 dates (pitted)
- 1 tbsp peanut butter (smooth)
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
Instructions
- Wash, dice, and core the apple.
- To a high-speed blender or a Nutribullet, add the apple, dates, and yogurt first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes until smooth and creamy.
