- 1 large apple (cored and diced)
- 1/2 cup of frozen bananas (chunks)
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground dried ginger (or 1/2 tsp of fresh minced ginger root)
- 1 tbsp flaxseeds (or oats)
- 1 cup oat milk (unsweetened)
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients as instructed above.
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth. For about 2-3 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
