- 1/2 cup/75g of frozen bananas chunks
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tbsp flaxseeds
- 200 ml oat milk unsweetened
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients as instructed above.
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth. For about 2-3 minutes.
