- 6–7 asparagus sticks (trimmed and steamed/boiled)
- 1/2 medium-sized avocado (peeled and pitted)
- 1/2 cup/75g frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup/250ml coconut water
Instructions
- Trim the asparagus, and gently steam them or boil them until soft, but not mushy.
- Let the asparagus cool completely before making the smoothie.
- Combine all the ingredients to a high-speed blender starting with the frozen mango and blend until smooth.
- Serve and enjoy.
Notes
The smoothie is best consumed as soon as it’s blended, however, you can refrigerate it and drink it later.
