Ingredients

  • 67 asparagus sticks (trimmed and steamed/boiled)
  • 1/2 medium-sized avocado (peeled and pitted)
  • 1/2 cup/75g frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup/250ml coconut water

Instructions

  1. Trim the asparagus, and gently steam them or boil them until soft, but not mushy.
  2. Let the asparagus cool completely before making the smoothie.
  3. Combine all the ingredients to a high-speed blender starting with the frozen mango and blend until smooth.
  4. Serve and enjoy.

Notes

The smoothie is best consumed as soon as it’s blended, however, you can refrigerate it and drink it later.
