- 1 cup coconut water
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 handful of kale (washed)
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients as described in the ingredients list.
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender starting with the kale, coconut water, and avocado, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes, or until smooth and creamy.
- Serve and enjoy!
