Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/2 large avocado flesh scooped out and diced
  • 1 cup/150g fresh strawberry
  • 4 tbsp low-fat natural yogurt
  • 1 cup/220ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 1/2 lemon/lime juiced
  • 1 tbsp of honey

Instructions

  1. Prepare the avocado as described above, wash, trim and cut the strawberries in half.
  2. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth. If the consistency is too thick, add a little extra milk/water.
