Enjoy my version of the Bahama Mama Tropical Smoothie, a fruity and refreshing blend reminiscent of tropical beaches and sunshine.

Units Scale
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 2 tsp of melted white chocolate
  • 1 tsp of shredded coconut


  1. Melt the white chocolate. I use the microwave method.
  2. Measure the rest of the ingredients listed and set aside.
  3. Add all the ingredients to a blender, or a Nutribullet, and blend for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour the blended smoothie into your favorite glass cup, and top with shredded coconut and shaved white chocolate!
