- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 2 tsp of melted white chocolate
- 1 tsp of shredded coconut
Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate. I use the microwave method.
- Measure the rest of the ingredients listed and set aside.
- Add all the ingredients to a blender, or a Nutribullet, and blend for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour the blended smoothie into your favorite glass cup, and top with shredded coconut and shaved white chocolate!
