- 1/2 cup frozen banana slices
- 1/2 medium-sized avocado
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1 cup low-fat coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon oats
- 1/2 teaspoon of honey or maple syrup
Instructions
- To a blender, add the oats and spinach first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes, or until smooth.
- Pour into a cup and enjoy!
