Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup of frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 small ripe banana (peeled)
  • 1 tbsp of almond or peanut butter (or sunflower seed butter )
  • 1 cup of coconut milk (ideally from a carton)

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender starting with the banana and milk first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
  2. I blended mine for about 3 minutes to achieve a smooth and creamy consistency.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
