- 3 dried figs
- 1 cup frozen banana slices
- 1 tbsp of almond butter (or peanut butter)
- 1 cup oat milk (unsweetened)
Instructions
- Remove the stems from the figs.
- Then add all the ingredients to a blender or a Nutribullet, starting with the frozen banana slices first, followed by the rest of the listed ingredients.
- Blend for 3-4 minutes, or until smooth and creamy.
- Serve and enjoy.
