- 1 small avocado (stoned and peeled)
- 1 tbsp of chia seeds (or oats)
- 1 large scoop of protein powder
- 2 tbsp of smooth peanut butter
Instructions
- Prepare the the ingredients as described.
- Add all the ingredients to a blender.
- Blend everything until completely smooth.
