- 1 cup frozen banana chunks
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 2 small medium-sized kiwi fruits (peeled)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh mint
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1/2 cup coconut water
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender or a food processor.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes. The smoothie should be thick, but you can add a bit more water if the blender is struggling.
- Serve and add your desired toppings!
- Enjoy.
