Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen banana chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 2 small medium-sized kiwi fruits (peeled)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh mint
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1/2 cup coconut water

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender or a food processor.
  2. Blend for 2-3 minutes. The smoothie should be thick, but you can add a bit more water if the blender is struggling.
  3. Serve and add your desired toppings!
