- 1 cup/150g frozen strawberries
- 1 small raw or cooked beetroot
- 1/2 lime juiced
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 200 ml coconut water
Instructions
- If you are using raw beetroot, cut the stem off the beetroot, and peel it. Dice it into 4.
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth. For about 4-5 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Best consumed straight away, however, you can take it with you and drink it on the go!
