Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup frozen banana slices
  • 1 handful of spinach or kale (washed)
  • 1 cup milk (low fat)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp almond butter (unsweetened)

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to your blender jug.
  2. Process until completely smooth. For about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

*For best results drink the smoothie an hour before bed.
