- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup of low fat yogurt
- 1/4 cup of oat milk
- 1 small ripe banana
- 1 tsp of maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp of pumpkin spice
Instructions
- Peel the banana and cut it into chunks.
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blitz everything until completely smooth.
- Should take 2-3 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
