- 125 ml milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp spelt
- 2 tbsp oat bran (or regular rolled oats)
Instructions
- Add all your ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until creamy, 3-4 minutes.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
