- 1/2 medium-sized avocado (pitted)
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup yogurt (unsweetened)
- 1 handful of kale (washed)
- 1/2 lime juiced (or lemon juice)
- 1/2 cup dairy free milk (I used almond)
Instructions
- To a blender, add the kale and avocado first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes or until smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass cup and enjoy”
