Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/2 medium-sized avocado (pitted)
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup yogurt (unsweetened)
  • 1 handful of kale (washed)
  • 1/2 lime juiced (or lemon juice)
  • 1/2 cup dairy free milk (I used almond)

Instructions

  1. To a blender, add the kale and avocado first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Blend for 2-3 minutes or until smooth.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a glass cup and enjoy”
